Guarantee

At The Caker's Pantry we feel confident you will be delighted with your purchase.  If however you are not totally satisfied please contact us within 2 days and you may return it to us within 7 days for an exchange or store credit.

Returned items must be in brand new unused condition and in original wrapping along with a copy of the original receipt. Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons (subject to our discretion), eg. edible cake images. Glassware can also not be returned. Please email sales@thecakerspantry.co.nz to arrange.

Please note return delivery is at the cost of the sender.

Faulty Goods

At The Caker's Pantry we carefully check over the quality of our products prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product, please contact us within 2 days at sales@thecakerspantry.co.nz.

Once the item has been received by The Caker's Pantry and a fault is detected, we will refund the cost of the return postage and either; a replacement will be sent, store credit issued or full refund offered.
